- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in more than one consignment
All wines are packed in purpose‑designed wine cartons to minimise movement and protect bottles during transit.
Delivery Timeframes (Australia Post)
As a general guide for cartons of wine delivered via Australia Post:
- Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: delivery times may be longer
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to peak periods, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking & Multiple Shipments
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you may receive separate deliveries and individual tracking notifications.
Wine Cartons, Handling & Breakage
Wine cartons are designed to protect bottles during standard transit; however, delivery services involve multiple handling stages. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as possible after delivery.

Wine Temperature & Seasonal Delivery Considerations
Wine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations, particularly excessive heat. While Australia Post does not offer temperature‑controlled delivery, we take care to dispatch orders promptly to reduce time in transit.
During warmer months or extreme weather conditions, we strongly recommend:
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
- Avoiding Authority to Leave where parcels may be exposed to heat or sunlight
- Bringing the wine indoors as soon as possible after delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to heat, sunlight, or extreme weather after delivery has occurred.
Alcohol Delivery & Authority to Leave
All alcohol deliveries are made in accordance with Australian liquor laws.
- You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol
- Australia Post may deliver parcels using Authority to Leave where applicable
- Responsibility for the order passes to you once delivery is recorded as complete
If Authority to Leave is used, it is your responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location that is protected from theft, sunlight, and extreme weather conditions that may affect the wine prior to consumption.
Where possible, we recommend ensuring someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery.
Risk, Title & Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
